.Net Fulltack Developer (.Net + React)

We are searching for a strong .NET Full Stack Developer to work on a multi‑vendor, multi‑geo team helping to build a NextGen High Scale Enterprise Platform.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid‑level developers.
• Architect and design scalable, high‑performance enterprise solutions.
• Drive strategic technical decisions for the NextGen High Scale Enterprise Platform.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams in an on‑site setting.
• Ensure the delivery of high‑quality, robust, and maintainable codebases.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: C#, .NET, JavaScript, Azure, ReactJS.
• Good to have: Kubernetes integrations, Redux.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in .NET / C# development at enterprise scale.
• 3+ years of recent React experience.
• Strong programming skills in C#, React, and Node.js, including object‑oriented programming principles, design patterns, and familiarity with .NET frameworks.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and experience in building and deploying microservices‑based applications.
• Hands‑on experience in developing ASP.NET Core applications, including dependency injection, ORM, and REST API development.
• Experience with Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core for data access and object‑relational mapping.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Azure cloud platform, including Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL.
• Proficiency in building server‑side applications using Node.js, including creating RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous programming.
• In‑depth understanding of JavaScript fundamentals, including ES6+ features, data types, operators, and functional programming concepts.
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) practices, including automated testing, build pipelines, and deployment strategies.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries as per industry standards, fine‑tuned for optimization.
• Strong knowledge and experience in developing front‑end applications using ReactJS, including components, state management, and routing.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, good communication (written & verbal) skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

$75,000 - $113,000

Benefits

Full‑time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. Eligible for the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching, medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short‑ and long‑term disability benefits. Additional voluntary short‑term disability benefits, Health Savings Account (HSA), and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) are available for eligible employees. Part‑time and temporary employees receive a reduced sick‑leave entitlement and are eligible for the 401(k) plan.
