Job Overview

Full Stack .NET / Cloud / DevOps Lead I - Software Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise‑grade applications using Microsoft technology stack.
• Architect and implement microservices‑based solutions following cloud‑native principles.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable and high‑performance solutions.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment.
• Contribute to technical documentation and best practices using tools like Confluence.
• Drive improvements in application performance, scalability, and monitoring.
• Support cloud adoption strategies, including multi‑tenancy and orchestration.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong foundation in Object‑Oriented Analysis & Design, design patterns, enterprise patterns, and anti‑patterns.
• Proven experience designing and deploying .NET‑based application frameworks.
• Experience building microservices architectures.
• Hands‑on experience with PaaS platforms.
• Strong knowledge of MVC data binding concepts.
• Experience with application performance monitoring tools.
• Proficiency with version control systems (GitLab / Azure DevOps).
• Nice‑to‑have: Blue‑green deployment strategies.
• Nice‑to‑have: Enterprise messaging platforms.
• Nice‑to‑have: Cloud cost optimization and cloud‑agnostic design.

Compensation and Location

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a competitive range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets.

Location: Texas

Salary: $75,000 - $113,000 per year.

Benefits

Full‑time, regular employees receive a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, 6 days of paid sick leave annually (prorated for new hires), 10 paid holidays, and eligibility for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
