.Net Full Stack Lead (On-site)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Tech Lead with 8+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in .Net Framework, JavaScript, Azure, Angular JS, SQL, C# and SQL Server.

Location: Mesa - AZ

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using .Net Framework, JavaScript, Azure, Angular JS, SQL, C# and SQL Server
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to define design and ship new features
• Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications
• Identify and accurate bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Help maintain code quality organization and automation
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain driven
• Work closely with partners to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
• Implement standard processes for software development and ensure alignment to company standards
• Supply to the continuous improvement of the development process
• Develop and complete unit tests to ensure the quality of the code
• Document software designs and code to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing

Required Qualifications

• Possess a proven understanding of .Net Framework, JavaScript, Azure, Angular JS, SQL, C# and SQL Server
• Demonstrate extensive experience in the Payer domain
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Show proficiency in developing scalable and maintainable software solutions
• Have a demonstrable record of delivering high-quality software on time
• Display good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
• Be capable of mentoring and guiding junior developers
• Show a dedication to continuous learning and professional development
