Our practice is looking for a highly qualified Java Lead! Job Summary:

The FSE .NET Developer will partner with other specialists, developers, architects and technology decision-makers to guide overall direction of the user interface layer of the site and will work closely with Technical Leads, Application Architects, Software Developers and Management in a highly collaborative environment.

The candidate should have a proven track record of delivering to strategic business vision, enterprise level architecture strategies, and developing innovative enterprise IT enablement practices that build business value.

Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.)

Job Location: Seattle, WA (Remote).

Roles and Responsibilities:

• FSE .Net Developer with 10+ years of IT experience
• Primary experience on ASP.NET Core, WPF, C#, MVC or equivalent experience
• Hands‑on experience in Microservices crafting API using .Net Core
• Optional React or any UI experience
• Experienced in Azure DevOps and AKS
• Good experience in SQL, Oracle, Informix
• Very good in Design/Architecture understanding
• Experience in interacting with client collaborators to demo features built as part of the requirements
• Experience working in Agile projects, good understanding of scrum ceremonies and processes.
• Experience in writing automated Unit test cases
• Support QE team during system and regression testing. Support the app during the warranty phase of the deployment and get involved in bug‑fixes when needed.
• Deploy and support post production

The annual salary for this position is between $70,000.00 – $110,000.00/year depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
