Job summary

Synechron is seeking an experienced .NET Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and intelligent software solutions in Charlotte, NC. The role requires strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, Angular, SQL, Python, cloud technologies, and AI/ML integrations.

The base salary for this position in Charlotte, NC is $90k–$100k per year, with benefits. You will collaborate with product managers, architects, data scientists, and other engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Python for application development, automation, data processing, or AI/ML integration.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or equivalent.
• Experience with Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and ORM-based application development.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Practical experience with AI, machine learning, or Generative AI technologies.
• Familiarity with LLM platforms and APIs such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
• Understanding of software development life cycle, Agile methodologies, and version control systems such as Git.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using .NET and Angular.
• Build scalable RESTful APIs and backend services using ASP.NET Core/Web API.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Develop Python-based services, automation scripts, data-processing workflows, or AI integrations.
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities, including Generative AI and Large Language Models, Machine learning APIs and services, Chatbots and virtual assistants, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Prompt engineering and model integration, Embedding and vector database solutions
• Collaborate with data science and AI teams to deploy intelligent features into enterprise applications.
• Design and optimize relational database schemas, queries, stored procedures, and data-access layers.
• Implement authentication, authorization, security controls, and data protection standards.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards and best practices.
• Work with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines, application deployments, and monitoring.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely technical resolutions.
• Contribute to technical documentation, architecture decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

We are looking for an experienced .NET Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and intelligent software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, Angular, SQL, Python, cloud technologies, and AI/ML integrations. Candidate will work closely with product managers, architects, designers, data scientists, and other engineering teams to build secure, high-performance applications and integrate AI capabilities into business solutions.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $90k - $100k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role
