Job summary

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking a senior software engineer with deep expertise in C#/.NET and cloud-first AI delivery. The candidate will work on LLM-driven solutions using Azure AI Studio/Foundry and Azure OpenAI, integrating PaaS services and developing robust prompts, fine-tuning, and RAG patterns.

The role emphasizes hands-on development with orchestration frameworks like Semantic Kernel or LangChain, and experience on Microsoft projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of C#/.NET development experience.
• Experience with LLMs and Azure AI services required.
• Proficient in Azure PaaS services (App Services, Function Apps, Azure SQL, ADLS).
• Experience with RAG, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with agent/orchestration frameworks (Semantic Kernel, Azure AI Foundry, LangChain).
• Experience working on Microsoft projects.
