Job summary

ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION LLC in Redmond, WA, seeks a skilled software engineer to design and implement Azure-based AI solutions leveraging LLMs and C#/.NET. You will contribute to architecture, develop cloud-native services, and implement AI features across enterprise applications.

You will work with Microsoft Azure services, ML patterns, and orchestration frameworks to deliver scalable automation solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience with LLMs and Azure AI services, including Azure AI Studio/Foundry and Azure OpenAI Service.
• Strong hands-on expertise in C# and .NET with 5+ years of experience.
• Solid experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure PaaS services (App Services, Function Apps, Azure SQL, ADLS).
• Working knowledge of LLM development patterns such as RAG, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with agent/orchestration frameworks like Semantic Kernel or LangChain, or equivalents.
• Experience working on Microsoft projects.
