The role emphasizes cloud migrations, production support, and disaster recovery planning, with familiarity across .NET, Java, SQL, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics. Strong networking and security tooling experience are required.

• Strong networking knowledge including OSI layers and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on implementing AI resources in Azure and monitoring those resources.
• Perform regular patching and updates to ensure security and stability.
• Oversee backup operations and recovery processes for mission-critical systems.
• Plan and execute cloud migrations, moving workloads from on-premises to the cloud.
• Support production applications and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Work with security tools like Tenable to manage vulnerability remediation.
• Utilize SCCM/SCOM for automated patch management and deployment.
• Develop and refine disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime and data loss.
• Leverage networking knowledge to optimize performance and reliability.

• Experience providing guidance on the implementation of Al resources in Azure, and experience implementing, maintaining, and monitoring those resources.
• Experience performing regular patching and updates to ensure system security and stability.
• Experience overseeing backup operations and recovery processes in mission-critical environments.
• Experience planning & executing cloud migrations, and moving workloads from on-premises to the cloud.
• Comfortable working in an environment that utilizes multiple frameworks/technologies, including .NET, Java, SQL, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, and more.
• Experience providing support and troubleshooting issues for production applications.
• Experience working with security tools such as Tenable to manage vulnerability remediation, etc.
• Experience with tools like SCCM & SCOM for automated patch management & deployment.
• Experience crafting disaster recovery (DR) plans to ensure minimal downtime and prevent data loss.
• Strong networking knowledge including understanding OSI layer functionality and network protocols.
