Description
Kelly Government Solutions is seeking a seasoned Full-Stack Developer (.NET) to design, develop, and maintain scalable web and cloud-native applications using modern development frameworks and Microsoft Azure services.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience across both front-end and back-end development, a solid understanding of cloud architecture, and a passion for developing clean, secure, high-performing, and efficient code. This role requires strong collaboration skills, technical leadership, and the ability to work across the full software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack applications using technologies such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, Angular, React, Node.js, and Python.
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using modern cloud technologies.
• Modernize and migrate legacy applications and systems to Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and technical partners to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Lead technical discussions and code reviews while establishing and maintaining development standards and best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to development team members.
• Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps and Jenkins.
• Utilize version control systems including Git and TFS.
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices, serverless components, and cloud-native applications.
• Develop and support applications utilizing Microsoft SQL Server and SQL databases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across front-end, back-end, application, cloud, and database environments.
• Work with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Azure DevOps, AI/ML services, and Azure AI Search.
• Implement and support containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Apply serverless architecture principles and modern cloud development practices.
• Support secure integration and cross-domain cloud traffic.
• Collaborate with teams utilizing platforms such as ServiceNow.
• Ensure applications meet security, performance, scalability, reliability, and accessibility best practices.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, development frameworks, cloud services, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Microsoft AZ-900 or higher Azure certification required.
• IAT Level I certification required or the ability to obtain one.
• 5 years of full-stack software development experience, preferably with significant experience in Microsoft Azure environments.
• Strong experience with both front-end and back-end development.
• Proficiency with C# and .NET.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and technologies such as Angular and/or React.
• Experience with one or more additional development languages such as Node.js and Python.
• Experience designing and developing scalable applications in Microsoft Azure.
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server / SQL databases.
• Experience with Git and/or TFS.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and/or Jenkins and CI/CD practices.
• Experience developing and integrating APIs and microservices.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless architecture.
• Strong understanding of application security, performance, scalability, and accessibility best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across the full technology stack.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience modernizing or migrating legacy applications to Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, and Azure AI Search.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies and integrating AI capabilities into applications.
• Experience with ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with cross-domain cloud traffic and secure cloud integrations.
• Experience working in a federal government or highly regulated environment.
• Experience leading development teams, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior developers.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
