Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years with Oracle 11g or higher: database design, PL/SQL, stored procedures, packages, functions, cursors, triggers, indexes and query optimization.
• 7+ years developing reports with Crystal Reports (version 10+) or HTML reports invoked from .NET applications.
• 7+ years creating and reading technical documentation and translating business requirements into application logic.
• 5+ years with Team Foundation Server (TFS), Azure DevOps or GitLab for development and source control.
• 4+ years building applications that follow WCAG 2.0 accessibility guidelines.
• 3+ years building applications that handle HIPAA-protected health information (PHI)
