Job summary

Vaco by Highspring in Brentwood, TN is seeking a Senior .NET Developer for a 12-month contract. This onsite role focuses on owning projects end-to-end, solving complex technical problems, and guiding the development team.

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior .NET Software Engineer to join a new technology initiative focused on building and supporting enterprise software applications. This is a senior-level role for someone who enjoys owning projects from start to finish, solving complex technical problems, and serving as a go-to resource for the development team. The team is seeking an experienced engineer who can work independently, partner with business stakeholders to define solutions, and contribute throughout the full software development lifecycle. In addition to hands-on development, this role will play a key part in technical design discussions, troubleshooting complex issues, and mentoring other developers when needed.
