Job summary

Ethereum Technologies in Little Rock, AR, seeks an experienced IT professional to maintain and develop data extraction packages and support complex applications within the Budget System.

Candidates should have 8+ years with SQL Server, SSIS, MSDTC, TDE encryption, VB.Net, and .Net solutions, plus strong communication and mentoring abilities. The role involves designing disaster recovery plans and collaborating across teams to ensure reliable data infrastructures.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum of six years of SQL Server installation, maintenance, and optimization experience.
• Experience with SSIS data import/export operations to/from SQL Server.
• Experience with MSDTC.
• Experience with design and maintenance of TDE Encryption.
• Experience using Integration Services (SSIS) for data import/export.
• Experience designing and testing disaster recovery plans.
• Ability to write and review VB.Net code.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience developing detailed technical infrastructure diagrams and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop packages to extract data elements into constructed data layouts.
• Maintain complicated applications supported by Applications Development: Budget System.
• Assist state employees with .Net solutions and mentor on best practices.
