Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum six years of experience in SQL Server installation, maintenance, and optimization.
• Proficient in VB.Net code development and review.
• Knowledge of MSDTC, TDE encryption, and disaster recovery planning.
• Experience with SSIS for data import/export.
• BS degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop packages to extract data elements into constructed data layouts.
• Maintain complicated applications supported by Applications Development: Budget System.
• Assist state employees with .Net solutions and mentor on best practices.
• Design and test disaster recovery plans.
• Write and review VB.Net code.
• Develop detailed technical infrastructure diagrams and specifications.
• Create and maintain data integration using SSIS.
