Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking an experienced Backend Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable APIs using C#, .NET Core, and .NET 8 on the latest platform. You will collaborate on architecture, enforce SOLID and Clean Architecture, and implement CI/CD in a cloud-based environment.

You will leverage Dynatrace for observability, work with GCP/GKE, Docker, and Kubernetes, and manage data with Oracle and PostgreSQL. Strong collaboration and agile practices are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Backend applications using C#, .NET Core, .NET 8 or newer.
• APIs design, development and integration expertise.
• Unit testing, integration testing, QA practices.
• Dynatrace for monitoring and tracing.
• GCP services, preferably GKE.
• Docker & Kubernetes for containerization.
• Strong SQL with Oracle and PostgreSQL.
• Microservices architecture experience.
• Async messaging with Kafka or Pub/Sub.
• CI/CD and DevOps principles.
• SOLID, Clean Architecture, modern software practices.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Agile teamwork and code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain backend APIs and services using C#, .NET Core, .NET 8, and newer versions of the .NET platform.
• Collaborate on architecture design ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Apply SOLID and Clean Architecture to deliver quality code.
• Implement unit and integration tests to improve reliability.
• Enhance observability with metrics, logs, and distributed tracing.
• Use Dynatrace for monitoring and performance analysis.
• Support cloud deployment and management on GCP, especially GKE.
• Build and maintain containerized apps with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Work with Oracle and PostgreSQL for efficient data management.
• Implement asynchronous communication via Kafka or Pub/Sub.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and code reviews for continuous improvement.
