Job Description

PA Consulting is seeking a dynamic and experienced .NET/Azure Architect and Technical Lead to join our Health Data Platforms team. You will lead and actively contribute to designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining health data solutions on Azure built in .NET. You will guide a talented team, ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architectural Leadership: Design robust, scalable, and secure health data solutions on Azure.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Project Management: Oversee timelines, deliverables, and resources.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with clients and cross-functional teams to meet business needs.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards through testing and code reviews.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with Azure technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a .NET/Azure Architect and Technical Lead, ideally in healthcare.
  • Experience working with clinical data, regulated environments, and healthcare standards.
  • Expertise in .NET (preferably Blazor), Azure services (Azure App Service, Data Factory, SQL, Synapse), IaC with Azure Bicep, and CI/CD with GitHub.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, HITRUST, and handling PHI.
  • Familiarity with clinical data registries, including QCDRs.
  • Leadership skills with excellent communication.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field.

Minimum 5-7 years leading complex architecture and engineering teams.
