About the Opportunity: We’re looking for an Integrations Tech Lead to enhance our platform’s connectivity with third-party systems and support our growth into new markets. You will play a key role in driving our next phase of growth by scaling our integrations and expanding our capabilities to serve the well-being of an aging population.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement integrations between Carefeed and EHRs, research databases, pharma data platforms, and other healthcare systems.
• Develop secure, scalable APIs for connecting our platform with external data sources and applications.
• Design and maintain OAuth and authentication mechanisms for secure third-party access.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations to safeguard patient privacy and security.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and enhance system observability, monitoring, and logging.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and client experience teams to shape the platform's integration roadmap.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of backend or full-stack software engineering experience, preferably in Health Tech.
• Experience with PHP and Laravel is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS infrastructure, APIs, secure file transfers (SFTP), and cloud environments (AWS preferred).
• Experience with systems like PointClickCare, MatrixCare, Epic, Cerner, Salesforce, Athena, Redox, or Kno2.
• Familiarity with health tech environments and HIPAA/data privacy requirements.
• Experience working across engineering, product, support, and compliance teams.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and influence technical direction cross-functionally.
