Job summary

TPI Global Solutions seeks an experienced Project Scheduler to support planning, scheduling, progress tracking, and reporting. Strong hands-on with Primavera P6 and Excel, coordinating with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders. The role is primarily remote for Michigan-based candidates, with occasional onsite meetings.

We require 15+ years of experience and familiarity with Agile transformations, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines. Hybrid onsite Tue/Thu presence in Jackson may apply as needed.

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler / Project Controls Scheduler to support project planning, scheduling, progress tracking, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, project scheduling, critical path analysis, and coordination with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• This position will primarily be remote for a candidate residing in Michigan, with occasional onsite meetings as required.

Key Responsibilities

• balancing new feature development, application support, and operational responsibilities
• assigned to application subdomains and own both development and ongoing maintenance of those applications.
• mentor newer team members.
• support maintaining existing applications while continuing new development initiatives
• collaborate closely on architecture decisions, CI/CD pipelines, production support, and bug fixes/incident resolution
• Participate in daily standup meetings.
• Review completed work and plan priorities for the day.
• Pair with another engineer on development tasks.
• Review and prioritize the team backlog.
• Develop new features within assigned application domains.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production bugs and incidents.Support application deployments and DevOps processes.
• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications while contributing to new product development.
