This position is part of a growing pipeline of work and will help backfill team members who are transitioning into other roles. The team is currently undergoing an Agile transformation focused on improving delivery, collaboration, and business value.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable balancing new feature development with application support and operational responsibilities. You will own assigned application subdomains throughout the development lifecycle, including ongoing maintenance and production support.
The Work Management team operates across seven application teams focused on custom software development, application configuration, DevOps, and application support and maintenance.

Initial remote pairing/technical assessment. Candidates should be prepared to confirm their ability and willingness to work onsite in Jackson, MI, Tuesday through Thursday.
Candidates will complete a coding exercise using an IDE, working code on their own machine, or a company-provided machine.
The ideal candidate is a hands‑on software engineer who enjoys both building new functionality and owning applications in production. They should be comfortable working collaboratively through pair programming, TDD, Agile practices, DevOps, troubleshooting, and technical design discussions.
