Job summary
TPI Global Solutions is seeking a .NET Application Engineer to join the Work Management team in Jackson, MI. Hybrid work arrangement includes onsite presence Tuesday through Thursday, with remote interviews and coding/pairing assessments.
You will own subdomains through the full development lifecycle, balancing new features with ongoing maintenance and production support. The ideal candidate brings strong .NET 5+ experience, React/Angular skills, and a proven ability to work in Agile
Qualifications
- Strong experience with .NET 5+ development
- Experience with React and/or Angular
- Experience supporting production applications
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving in production incidents
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Hands-on Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- Experience pairing programming and collaborative development
- Ability to balance maintenance with new feature development
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Participate in daily Agile standups and communicate progress
- Review work and plan daily development priorities
- Pair with engineers on development tasks
- Review, maintain and prioritize backlog
- Develop and deliver new features in assigned domains
- Maintain and enhance existing applications while supporting new products
- Troubleshoot and resolve production bugs and incidents
- Support deployments and DevOps processes
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements
- Engage in architecture and technical design discussions
- Collaborate on technical solutions and best practices
- Balance feature development with maintenance and operations
- Participate in test-driven development and automated testing
- Mentor newer engineers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business value
