Job summary

Seneca Resources is seeking multiple Software Developer II professionals for a long-term contract to support a federal program focused on secure background investigation solutions. You will design and build full-stack web applications using .NET and Angular, develop data pipelines, and create reporting solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment.

The role requires active Top Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and 5+ years of software development experience with strong C#, .NET, Angular, SQL

Qualifications

Active Top Secret Clearance required.
U.S. Citizenship.
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of software development experience.
Strong experience in C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, and Visual Studio.
5+ years of Angular development experience.
Experience developing custom web-based applications.
Proficiency in SQL Server and T-SQL development.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using .NET and Angular.
Build and optimize data pipelines, ETL processes, and database solutions.
Develop advanced T-SQL queries, including stored procedures, views, and triggers.
Create and support SSRS reporting solutions and data visualization components.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Integrate legacy systems with modern cloud environments for high availability.
Conduct testing, debugging, and performance tuning of applications and databases.
Document designs, data lineage, and system processes for compliance.
Troubleshoot production issues and recommend system improvements.
