Clearway Energy Group is seeking an NERC Compliance Engineer in Scottsdale, AZ. This role translates NERC standards into actionable engineering requirements and coordinates with ERC and Power Systems Engineering to ensure design and operating practices stay compliant.

The position requires at least five years in power generation, transmission, or distribution, with a focus on PRC, FAC, and MOD standards and a willingness to collaborate across teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in power generation, transmission, or distribution.
• Ability to interpret engineering outputs and coordinate with ERC and engineering teams.
• Located in Scottsdale, AZ with up to 10% travel for site visits.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary technical liaison between the ERC and Power Systems Engineering.
• Ensure NERC compliance obligations are embedded into plant design, commissioning, and operations.
• Represent Operations Engineering in audits, reviews, and regulatory engagements.
• Coordinate with plant staff to monitor ride-through performance and mitigate post-disturbance events.
