Responsibilities

Join Our Growing Team

• Take over retiring physician's panel and join another Nephrologist and Advanced Practice Provider
• 4.5 day workweek preferred, schedule flexibility
• Primarily outpatient clinic
• Help lead outpatient PD and HDD clinic with full support from vascular surgery, behavioral health, dieticians and trained dialysis nursing staff
• Hospital group primarily handles call along with QMG Nephrologists and APP
• Strong referral network and support team
• Epic EHR
  
  

We Offer

• 1 year shareholder track with unlimited earning potential and ASC ownership, no buy-in or downside
• 401k with match (100% vested day one) and profit sharing
• Eligible for production bonuses, sign-on, relocation, and loan forgiveness
• $2,500 CME allowance plus license and certification renewals
• Up to 6 weeks paid time off and 6 paid holidays
• The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $350,000-$450,000 depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, residency stipend, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $400,000 - $600,000.
