Poughkeepsie, New York Area - Nephrologist Job Opening 65 Miles from NYC

• Clinical Role:
  • Seeking a board-certified or board-eligible nephrologist.
  • Well-established private group.
  • Rotating Schedule:
    • Week 1: Hospital inpatient service only with NP support (High volume; NP writes all notes except ICU notes).
    • Week 2: Outpatient clinic (4 days).
    • Week 3: Dialysis centers with NP support (4 days).
    • Week 4: Outpatient clinic and hospital coverage (spend a day in each).
  • Call schedule: 1:3 or 1:4.
• Organization Information:
  • Competitive compensation:
    • Year 1: $240K
    • Year 2: $260K
    • Year 3: $280K
    • Year 4: $300K
    • Year 5: $320K
  • 3-year track to partnership with no buy-in.
