Competenze

• Minimum seven (7) years of renal care, kidney education, ESRD, dialysis modalities education, or coordination of dialysis experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field AND minimum five (5) years of experience in nursing, case management, or a directly related field.
• Nephrology Nurse Certificate within 24 months of hire or Dialysis Nurse Certificate within 24 months of hire.
