Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing duties under supervision and guidance.
• Assesses and documents patient data during hemodialysis.
• Educates patients and families about care plans.
• Administers medications as prescribed.
• Directs delivery of safe and effective hemodialysis therapy.
• Assists with emergency response measures.
• Coordinates with interdisciplinary care team.
• Ensures proper lab collection and processing.
