Fresenius Medical Care Oak Creek, WI is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient RN CAP role. This position offers extensive on-the-job training, no dialysis experience required, and Sundays off.

It is part of the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP) toward nephrology career advancement in a high‑quality care setting. You will participate in assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for an assigned group of patients, coordinating care with RNs, LVNs/LPNs and patient care

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required.
• RN licensure current in state of practice.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs essential functions under supervision with guidance from Educator or Nurse leadership.
• Collects and analyzes patient data during dialysis and documents in medical record.
• Provides education to patients and families.
• Delivers safe and effective hemodialysis therapy to assigned patients.
• Administers medications per protocol and documents justification.
