Job summary

Physician Consultants of Georgia / Midtown Vascular Center seeks an experienced Nephrology Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team. You will manage nephrology patients, perform in-office visits, and contribute to hospital rounds in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

The ideal candidate holds an active NP license with nephrology experience, strong clinical judgment, and excellent communication and documentation skills. Schedule and compensation are to be discussed.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license and board certification.
• Nephrology experience preferred, inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex renal patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hospital rounds and manage nephrology patients in inpatient settings.
• Perform in-office visits and follow-ups.
• Evaluate CKD, AKI, hypertension, electrolytes, and dialysis patients.
• Coordinate care with nephrologists, hospitalists, and dialysis centers.
• Document thoroughly in the electronic medical record.
