Arizona Kidney Disease and Hypertension Center (AKDHC) is expanding its nephrology APP team in Tucson and Phoenix. We welcome NPs, PAs and physicians who collaborate to deliver comprehensive kidney care across clinic, dialysis, and hospital settings, with emphasis on continuity of care and patient education.

The role offers extensive training, mentorship from nephrologists, competitive compensation ranging from $107,000 to $140,000 per year (DOE), plus productivity bonus and a robust benefits

Qualifications

• Licensed NP able to provide chronic kidney disease care.
• Experience in nephrology or chronic disease management preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with physicians and care teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AKDHC physicians to provide chronic kidney disease care across multiple settings (dialysis, office, rehab, SNF, hospital, or on call).
• Support care transitions, including annual wellness visits and post-hospital discharge planning.
• Prescribe or recommend therapies while maintaining professional communication with patients and colleagues.
