Lifepoint Health's Trios Health in Kennewick, WA seeks a Nephrology Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join a mission-driven team. You will evaluate and manage patients, monitor kidney function, and coordinate care for those with advanced kidney disease and dialysis, while educating patients on kidney health and disease progression.

Qualifications

• Evaluate and manage patients with kidney disease.
• Monitor kidney function, lab results, hypertension, fluid balance, etc. and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Coordinate care for patients with advanced kidney disease and those receiving dialysis, while providing education on kidney health, medications, and disease progression.
