Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as NP providing direct patient care in an outpatient setting.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as NP in a clinical management role.
• Ability to commute to various dialysis locations as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Lead the APRN team as Director of APRNs in a nephrology group.
• Transition from 75% clinical to 75% administrative tasks as acclimated.
• Manage team and coordinate patient care across locations.
