Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive history and physical assessments appropriate for patient age and problem.
• Order, perform, and interpret labs and studies with physicians.
• Prescribe medications safely per best practices and NJ regulations; educate patients.
• Promote APN practice recognition through conferences, publications, and presentations.
• Mentor APNs, precept students, and participate in educational programs.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and organizational meetings.
