Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join the Heart Failure and Pulmonary Hypertension team at Hackensack University Medical Center in Hackensack, New Jersey. Qualifications
- New Jersey Nurse Practitioner license or eligibility to obtain.
- Acute Care Nurse Practitioner certification.
- AHA Basic Heart-Care Life Support HCP Certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of 5-10 inpatients daily with comprehensive care plans.
- Conduct new patient evaluations in the outpatient clinic.
- Interpret complex clinical data for Pulmonary Hypertension treatment.
- Work with a team to manage advanced medical therapies.
- Support both inpatient and outpatient services.
