Job summary

The JOY FM is seeking a full-time front desk receptionist for our nephrology clinic. You will answer calls, triage inquiries, schedule appointments, collect copays, and perform data entry while delivering exceptional patient service.

Work hours are 8:00 am–4:30 pm Monday–Thursday and 8:00 am–2:00 pm on Fridays; weekends and major holidays are closed. After a 90-day review, eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, life insurance, and 401k after one year.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a medical office preferred.
• Independent worker able to multitask in fast-paced environments.
• Organized and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Answering phone calls and triaging inquiries.
