Job description

Position Details

• Physician will work 7 days on/7 days off in Grand Rapids, followed by 7 days on/7 days off in Muskegon.
• Call only during the 7-day on period.
• Opportunity to work with an experienced interdisciplinary team.
• Open to experienced Board Certified providers or truly Board Eligible new graduates.
• If the candidate is truly Board Eligible, they must become Board Certified within 2 years of eligibility.
• Not accepting candidates with lapsed Board Certification needing re-certification.
• Not open to commuters or those seeking secondary employment.
• Not accepting Locums or visa candidates.

Requirements

• Board Eligible (to become Board Certified within 2 years) or Board Certified in Pediatrics: Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine - REQUIRED
• Michigan license (or willingness to obtain) - REQUIRED
• Willingness to work in both Grand Rapids and Muskegon (see "Additional Submission Details") - REQUIRED
• DEA license (or willingness to obtain) - REQUIRED
• BLS and ACLS certifications (or willingness to obtain) - REQUIRED
• Clean malpractice record - PREFERRED
• Visa support required (J1 or H1B) - see "Additional Submission Details"
