Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking a Neonatology Physician for locum tenens support in an inpatient Level II NICU in Maryland. Shifts include 24-hour coverage, 12PM–12PM, on dates such as Oct 7–12 and Oct 27–Nov 1. Board-certified neonatology with Maryland license and multiple certifications is required.

EMR: Epic Bridges. Less than 30 days credentialing. Duties include assisting with high-risk deliveries and NICU patient care in a dynamic hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Board-certified neonatology physician required.
• DEA/CSR, ACLS, BLS, NALS and PALS certifications required.
• Maryland medical license is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of neonatology experience requested.
• Experience in Level II NICU settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in a Level II NICU and assist with high-risk deliveries.
• Work in an inpatient setting with 24-hour shifts (12PM–12PM).

This facility is seeking a Neonatology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: 24 Hour shift 12PM-12PM | October 7-12, October 27-November 1
• Practice Setting: Inpatient
• Type of cases and required procedures: Level II neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). Assist with deliveries when there is a known high-risk pregnancy/delivery
• Credentialing timeframe: Less than 30 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic Bridges
• Certifications required: Board Certification, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)/Controlled Substance Registration certification (CSR), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Advanced Life Support (NALS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), 3 years of experience
• Licensure required: Maryland license
