4. The practice includes a diverse team of 2 Neonatologists and 4 NNPs providing care in a single Level III NICU.
5. The schedule is flexible, allowing ample time for family and personal activities, with 24-hour call from home, supported by an in-house NNP, adaptable to personal needs.

Intensive Care Unit:

The Level III NICU spans 12,000 sq ft, featuring 25 beds and four private rooms. Equipped with advanced technology such as Giraffe beds, panda warmers, kangaroo chairs, and therapeutic hypothermia.

The team, including neonatologists, neonatal nurse practitioners, NICU-certified nurses, therapists, and others, provides 24/7 care. The NICU cares for infants from 23 weeks gestation and above, including micro-preemies (<1 pound) and full-term infants with medical issues. It offers various ventilation modes and nitric oxide therapy.

Higher-acuity cases are transported to Dallas-Fort Worth, with telemedicine support from Cook Children's Hospital and onsite pediatric cardiology.
