AMN Healthcare is recruiting a Neonatology Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support in Michigan. The position offers 12-hour day or night shifts (7:00 AM–7:30 PM or 7:00 PM–7:30 AM) with an ASAP start date. The role is based in an inpatient NICU, handling 10–12 neonates daily, with neonatal procedures and resuscitation as part of care.

Credentialing is expected to take 120+ days. The facility uses Epic for EHR, and the successful candidate will be board-certified with NRP certification

Qualifications

• Board-certified neonatal NP required.
• Active Michigan NP license required.

Responsibilities

Practice Setting: Inpatient Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

Types of Cases: Neonatal intensive care, 10–12 patients per day, neonatal procedures and resuscitation.

Credentialing Timeframe: 120+ days.

Electronic Medical Record: Epic.

Certifications Required: Board certified, Neonatal Resuscitation Program.

Licensure Required: Active Michigan license.
