Competenze

• Must hold New York State medical licensure.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency is required.
• Board certification in Pediatrics is required.
• Completion of or eligibility for a Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine fellowship (ACGME) and board eligibility.
• Possesses or eligibility for DEA certification.

Mansioni

• Educate and supervise medical students, residents, and fellows in Pediatrics and Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine.
• Provide clinical care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit with focus on high-risk newborns.
• Attend deliveries and participate in obstetric calls for high-risk cases.
• Assist in administration and activities of the ACGME fellowship training program.
• Perform assessments, develop care plans, and coordinate with the healthcare team.
• Lead daily rounds, document patient status, and manage discharge summaries.
• Supervise residency interviews, mentorship, and evaluations.
