The NICU is a 6-bed Level II unit with 24‑hour shifts, block scheduling, and a flexible on‑call plan; collaboration with hospitalists and neonatologists is emphasized to provide family-centered, high-quality newborn care.

• VA license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert neonatology care in the NICU as part of a collaborative team.
• Deliver family-centered newborn care and ensure quality outcomes.
• Participate in on-call coverage and rounds with pediatric hospitalists and neonatologists.
