Jobot is seeking a dedicated Neonatologist to join our team in the care of newborns across multiple NICUs. The role involves direct clinical care, collaboration with obstetricians and pediatricians, and ongoing engagement in research and family education.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board certified or board eligible in Neonatology.
• Minimum 2 years of NICU experience.
• Excellent clinical skills with patient-centered care.
• Demonstrated experience in clinical research.
• Strong communication skills with patients' families and caregivers.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care for newborns, including premature or ill infants.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, pediatricians and nurses for coordinated care.
• Conduct clinical research to advance neonatal medicine.
• Educate families about their newborn's condition and care requirements.
• Participate in department meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
