Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital in Yakima, WA is seeking Neonatologists for per diem coverage. Shifts include Day 8am–7pm and Night 7pm–8am with on-call from home in some scenarios; 24-hour coverage is possible without NNP support. Level III NICU, census 5–8 patients.
Board certified Neonatologist with WA license or IMLC eligibility and at least 1 year of experience is required. Availability for blocks (5–7 days) preferred; positions start late March and ongoing with expedited privileges for

Pay Range (Hourly Pay): $175/hr
W-2 per diem position. Pediatrix covers your malpractice insurance, round trip travel expenses should your commute not be a local one and licensing should you need to apply for a WA license.
Per-diem is defined as team members who are scheduled as needed and not on a consistent basis.
Per Diem team members will accrue one hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked. Team members begin to accrue sick leave upon hire. However, they cannot use accrued sick leave until their 90th day of employment. There is no annual cap on accrual; however, team members will be able to carry over up to 108 hours of unused paid sick leave the following year.
NOTE: The Company will not pay team members for unused sick leave upon termination of employment.
