Pediatrix Medical Group invites a Neonatologist to join the Level III NICU team at Emory Johns Creek, GA. This opportunity offers a leadership path and a strong work–life balance in a thriving community just outside Atlanta.

The position supports 12-hour or 24-hour NEO coverage with 24/7 in-house NNP support, and competitive compensation with sign-on and relocation options. Board eligibility or certification is required.

• Board eligible or board certified in neonatology.
• Experience in Level III NICU preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication with teams.

• Deliver top-tier care to Level III NICU babies.
• Care for healthy newborns in a dynamic, family-centered nursery.
• Attend high-risk deliveries.
• NEO coverage includes 12-hour shifts with call from home or 24-hour shifts.

NICU Highlights

• 16-bed Level III NICU with an average daily census of 7-8 babies
• Clinical Responsibilities:
  • Deliver top-tier care to Level III NICU babies
  • Care for healthy newborns in a dynamic, family-centered nursery setting
  • Attend high-risk deliveries
• NEO coverage is 12 hour shifts (rounding with call from home) or 24 hour shifts, to provide both continuity of patient care and Life/Work balance for the providers
• 24/7 in-house NNP Coverage is also provided
• Over 1,100 annual deliveries and a thriving newborn nursery
