• Oversee 24/7 in-house NNP coverage or 12-hour/24-hour shifts to balance continuity of care and life/work balance.

• Clinical Responsibilities:
  • Deliver top-tier care to Level III NICU babies

• NEOcoverage is 12 hour shifts (rounding with call from home) or 24 hour shifts, to provide both continuity of patient care and Life/Work balance for the providers
