Job description

We are seeking a board-certified Neonatologist with over 3 years of experience to provide expert clinical care and consulting in Neonatal Medicine.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Providing comprehensive care in one or more Level 2 or Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICUs).


• Collaborating on quality improvement initiatives and participating in educational activities for physicians, nurses, and staff.


• Engaging in outreach efforts within the community.


• Opportunities for research collaboration.

The role involves working across multiple NICUs, including a Level 4 NICU with advanced services such as ECMO, neurosurgery, and pediatric subspecialties, as well as Level 3 and Level 2 NICUs with services like whole body cooling and inhaled nitric oxide.

Qualifications And Skills

• Board certification in Neonatology.


• Experience in neonatal clinical care and collaboration in multidisciplinary teams.


• Strong commitment to education and quality improvement.

Compensation And Benefits

• Salary range: $301,000 - $351,000, based on experience and faculty rank.
