The Coordinator of Programs is responsible for planning and leading activities to meet all regulatory, accreditation and TenetHealth standards for assigned programs. The Coordinator will work to improve operational functions that enable Tenet to meet standards, resulting in best practices and patient outcomes. The Coordinator will work with the appropriate corporate team to ensure success and compliance of the program(s) and implement and monitor readiness activities for accreditation and certification surveys.
Education
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, Physical Therapy, Laboratory Sciences, or other healthcare related fields.
Experience
5 years of experience in the profession.
Certifications
Licensed as appropriate for education/profession such as RN, PT, etc., and AHA BLS.
