Valley Baptist – Brownsville Hospital is seeking an innovative healthcare leader to plan and oversee programs, ensuring regulatory and accreditation standards are met while improving operational performance for better patient outcomes.

This full-time, day shift role offers the chance to collaborate with corporate teams, support staff development, and position the program for successful certification surveys. A sign-on bonus may be available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, Physical Therapy, Laboratory Sciences, or other healthcare related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the profession.
• Licensure as appropriate for education/profession such as RN, PT, etc., and AHA BLS.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead activities to meet regulatory, accreditation and TenetHealth standards for assigned programs.
• Improve operational functions to enable Tenet to meet standards, resulting in best practices and patient outcomes.
• Work with the appropriate corporate team to ensure success and compliance of the program(s) and implement and monitor readiness activities for accreditation and certification surveys.

Education
