Job summary

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Associate’s degree in Nursing.
  • RN Active Nursing license.
  • BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care
  • NRP
  • ACLS (Labor & Delivery only)

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, oversee patient care quality, and ensure compliance with Level of Care standards.
  • Manage daily operations and maintain data integrity.
  • Develop program plans and ensure readiness.
  • Support community outreach, represent the organization at regional meetings, and liaise with EMS.
  • Collaborate on education initiatives, promote evidence-based practice, and support staff development.
