Concord Hospital in New Hampshire is seeking an RN 2 to provide comprehensive nursing care in an inpatient specialty area. The RN 2 assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care for a diverse patient population, applying life-span growth and development principles and multi-system assessments.

You will collaborate with the care team, document progress, supervise staff, educate patients, and prepare them for discharge, while adhering to policies and standards.

Competenze

• Active RN license in New Hampshire.
• BSN preferred; hospital experience desirable.
• 1 year of clinical nursing experience expected.
