Concord Hospital in New Hampshire seeks an RN 2 for an inpatient specialty area. The RN assesses, plans, implements and evaluates care for a defined patient population in a safe, therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, medication administration, documentation, and teaching patients and families about the plan of care. Reports to the Director or Nurse Manager; may supervise assistants.

Qualifications

• Active NH RN license.
• BSN preferred.
• One year clinical nursing experience.

Responsabilités

• Provides direct patient care and administers medications.
• Develops, evaluates and revises patient's plan of care.
• Documents care provided and patient progress toward outcomes.
• Directs and supervises others in delegated nursing activities.
• Teaches the patient and family about the plan of care.
