Job summary

Credentialing will occur after orientation, with opportunities to work in the well-baby nursery and delivery room as needed. Strong collaboration and patient-focused care are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA-approved Physician Assistant Program or higher degree meeting licensure in PA.
• National certification with PA licensure in Pennsylvania or reciprocity.
• BLS and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications.
• Two years of experience as a Physician Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight NICU patient care in collaboration with attendings and the care team.
• Coordinate care in Level II NICU, well-baby nursery, and delivery room.
• Credential within Neonatology after orientation.
