Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a certified per diem Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join the Winter Haven Women's Hospital NICU team. The hospital operates an 11-bed Level II NICU and serves the women and newborns in the BayCare Health System.

Qualified candidates hold current APRN certification, a master’s degree in nursing, and Florida licensure, with recent NICU experience. Shifts are 16 hours, and clinicians receive a comprehensive compensation package with benefits.

• We provide services at Winter Haven Women's Hospital which is part of the BayCare Health System
• The hospital is the area's premier health facility dedicated to the unique needs of women and newborns
• 11‑bed, Level‑II NICU with 236 annual NICU admissions
• 2 physician practice
• 16 hour shifts
• Current APRN national specialty certification
